IT'S PRIDE MONTH
This is the time for you to bust out your best rainbows and let loose in the sunshine!
We are kicking off Pride month by celebrating our gifts as GBTQ men and talking about sex, that urge to merge that draws us towards each other, with the Good Sex Call. Click here to sign up for free.
"Good Sex" happens when the person, or all people involved, walks away from the sexual scene feeling better about themselves.
Our Good Sex Call is having a twist with a special Q&A session where you can literally ask Mike (International Mr. Leather 2007) ANYTHING about sex!
This June, we'll have fun learning more about Bondage, Discipline, and Sadomasochism (or in short, BDSM). Don't know what to ask? Don't worry, here are some examples that can help you wake up your curiosity:
As we continue in the search for opportunities to help our community, we've come across some of them who have one or two things to say about our team of certified coaches and mentors.
This is Steven L. someone who Garrett, one of our facilitators and head coach, has had the pleasure to work with and also help to get through blocks, negative mindsets and habits that were keeping him from achieving his full potential in many aspects of life.
According to Cherokee legend, two wolves live within you, locked in a constant battle for power and influence. The Good Wolf embodies joy, kindness, peace, humility, empathy, truth, compassion, and hope-all those positive emotions and thoughts inside of you. The Evil Wolf represents anger, resentment, envy, lies, jealousy, fear, inferiority, and ego- all the negative emotions that rage internally, especially during the discomfort and loneliness of the pandemic.
Which wolf wins? It’s simple: whichever one you feed.
“What you focus on grows, what you think about expands, and what you dwell upon determines your destiny.”
This quote, by author Robin Sharma, lines up with the Evoco Center belief that identifying the source of your motivation is directly proportional to knowing how much joy or pain you’ll experience as a result of your efforts.
Is that thing you’re focusing on the thing you want to expand? Is the wolf you’re feeding the wolf you...

Let’s talk about sex. Click here to sign up for free here.
At Evoco, we believe that “Good Sex” is any sexual experience that leaves the one, two (or more) people involved feeling better about themselves.
For 90 minutes, once a month, we will come together and talk about sex...like gentlemen. With fun, curiosity, and vulnerability. We will cover the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects that sex has on our lives.
This is an opportunity to explore and celebrate your mojo, your eros, your urge to merge with other men.
The topic might be a little bit scary. It will certainly be loads of fun. Ask anything and speak your truth. Feel both supported and challenged to get what you really want out of sex instead of settling for someone else’s idea of what your sex life should look like.
The Evoco “Good Sex” Discussion Group is a place...
GBTQ men share a fierce brotherhood, made colorful by the diversity of cultures, identities, and spirits of the men within it, and held together by our shared desire for connection with other men.
One of the most influential psychologists of the human mind, Carl Jung, proposed that all humans share certain “archetypes” with each other, or patterns of thought and behavior. Robert Moore and Douglas Gilette took this idea a step further, claiming that all men share the same four mature masculine archetypes in our unconscious minds: the Warrior, Magician, Lover, and King.
These energies interact with each other in different ways, and all are vital to living a celebrated, empowered, and inspired life.
As GBTQ men, it’s more important than ever to understand ourselves so we can celebrate our identities in their entirety. The path from oppression to celebration...

As we’ve talked with hundreds of our clients, friends and family this year, so many have a story of how 2020 was full of heartbreak, sadness, depression, loss, debt and so much more.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
As we begin to look forward to 2021 (and the end of 2020) it’s important to get clear on what you want to create in your life. As we’ve learned through so many self-help, spiritual, and mental health professionals over the last two decades, there are many tried and true ways that you can manifest everything that you want
But the key to unlocking any of these methods is to get clear on what you truly want.

Advice for creatives: Step into your discomfort. Our addictions to our phones, to food, to alcohol, to sex, to rage, all stem from the desire to avoid our discomfort and suffering. When we face those demons we capture the wisdom they have for us.
If you are looking for inspiration to create something epic, open your heart to your suffering.
Instead of reaching for your phone, feel that anxiety, grief, loneliness, rage, or however your demons present themselves. It can be just one full cycle of breaths, but it’s important that you soften your armor and let it in.
When you make friends with your demons they will teach you the things you need to learn to give yourself a break, to open your authentic heart, and reveal the path that is meant for you — the path you deserve.
